Accommodations Large berths port and starboard in the aft cabin provide a comfortable sleeping arrangement for up to four. A bureau, storage locker and hanging locker allow for adequate storage. The head is accessible from the salon and acts as a second passageway. The chart table and nav display separate the aft cabin from the galley and salon. The galley is aft and leads to the salon. The main salon features a drop leaf table with settees. Custom cabinetry is found throughout. The forward cabin has a double V-berth with filler. There is ample storage under the berths and in the storage locker. The cabin also has a bureau and hanging locker. Opening ports with screens throughout provide light and ventilation. There are controls in each cabin for air conditioning.

Electrical System There are both A/C and D/C systems wired to individual circuit breakers. The Bass Breaker panel features (32) individual D/C breakers and (11) individual A/C Breakers. "Exile" is set up to take in 50 amp 220 volt power at 50/60 hrz that is fed to a converter.

Engine /Mechanical Equipment Single 55 hp Yanmar freshwater cooled engine with two high output alternators with a Balmar Smart regulator. The Marine-Aire reverse cycle 18,000 BTU air conditioning unit has controls in each cabin for comfort. There is both an automatic and a manual fire extinguishing system.
She has four tanks, two for water two for fuel. The two original aluminum tanks are (53) gallon capacity each, one for fuel and one for water. Two new stainless steel tanks were added in 2006, (47) gallons of water and (22) gallons of fuel.

Hull & Deck The hull and house were Awlgripped in 2006, the hull is "Flag Blue" and the house is "Moon Dust". She has a teak deck and cockpit sole. All her varnish has just been done (June 2007). The centerboard is foil shaped fiberglass over titanium. The backstay, boom vang and centerboard are hydraulically controlled by a Navtec panel in the cockpit at the helm station.

Sails and Rigging "Exile" is equipped with a double spreader aluminum mast and aluminum boom supported by rod rigging. The mast and boom are white and were repainted in 2003. The main furling is a Hood stow-away. Both the genoa and the yankee are on Harken roller furler systems.

Additional "Exile" has a Maxwell/Nilsson V-1000 electric anchor windlass. The main anchor is a 45lbs Spartan Plow CQR with 250' 3/8" BBB chain. The secondary anchor is a 20lb Hi-tensile Danforth 20-H with 15' of 3/8" BBB chain and 250' of nylon rode.
