Overview Sleeps six (6) - two (2) forward in large double V-berth, two (2) on settee in salon and two (2) on centerline queen bed in spacious aft owner's stateroom.
The interior features satin varnished teak, varnished teak and holly cabin sole, soft vinyl headliner and custom decorator drapes.
There are four (4) large opening windows in the main salon and galley, a large hatch in the forward and aft cabins and eight (8) opening stainless steel ports in the forward and aft cabins, 12V DC overhead lights and 120V GFI protected AC and 12V DC outlets throughout.
Oriental rugs throughout.
Guest Stateroom Large V-berth with filler, 6" blue Microsan covered cushions, overhead hatch with screen, large hanging locker to port, 12 large drawers port and starboard, dedicated reverse cycle air conditioner/heater in guest cabin area.
Storage shelves (port and starboard), large storage locker under V-berth and anchor rode locker in bow, 120V outlets port and starboard with lamp, 12V reading lamps (port and starboard). Hatch in cabin sole to access lower storage areas and the holding tank located under the stateroom.
The guest area is forward and down 2-steps from the galley to a short aisle with doors to the stateroom, head and shower. There is large storage bin below the 3 doors. Forward bilge pump is under the storage bin.
Forward Head Head is on starboard side, finished with ivory mica with teak trim and teak grate and drain to sump.
Vanity with ivory faux Corian sink and counter. Hot and cold pressure water. Manual head with Y valve to holding tank or overboard. Opening port with screen, GFI protected 120V outlet. 12V exhaust fan, cabinet above and locker below sink. Large mirror and towel rack.
Forward Shower: The spacious shower is on port, opposite the head and finished with ivory gel coated fiberglass. Opening port with screen, hot and cold pressure water. Teak grate and drain to sump. 12V exhaust fan.
Note: Owner's currently use this shower as a pantry/closet.
Galley Full width galley between forward guest area and salon (1-step down from the salon).
Finished in ivory mica, teak paneling and teak trim. Large opening tinted glass window w/screen (port and starboard).
120V outlets with GFI protection and 120V outlets from inverter.
On portside: Large U-shaped counter with cupboards and drawers (under), large double stainless steel sink, hot and cold pressure water, filtered cold water, toaster, 120V lamp, Princess 3-burner 120V stove with oven, spice racks, Sunbeam combination microwave/toaster/oven on shelf, cooking utensils, 12V exhaust fan over stove.
Hatch in portside galley sole to access A/C equipment room below.
On starboard side: L-shaped counter, cupboards and drawers below, 14 cubic foot refrigerator with icemaker, coffeemaker, glasses in shelf, 120V lamp.
Salon The 11x11 L-salon is located midship. Sliding fiberglass door with window for access from starboard midship deck. Large opening tinted glass window w/screen (port and starboard). Two fixed tinted glass windows (portside) and one fixed tinted glass window (starboard side).
Three (3) large engine room access hatches at center of salon sole. Breakfast bar w/stool located at forward (port end of salon). Two (2) storage cabinets at forward port side of salon, china and glasses, navigation tools and charts in chart drawers.
120V GFI protected outlets (port and starboard), phone outlet, 12V fluorescent lights in window soffits, 12V ceiling lights. Two (2) swivel chairs w/Microsan covering, 120V lamps, teak file cabinet/end table, built-in settee (portside) extends to double berth with storage bins, 6" cushions covered in blue Mirosan. Entertainment center at aft port corner of salon which includes: 25" color TV, VCR, DVD/C carousel, cable outlet, 5.1 surround sound system w/AM/FM tuner, telephone,answer machine and folding end tables.
At aft starboard are four (4) steps with decorative teak railing, leading up from salon to aft deck door, shelf by stairs.
At aft center are four (4) steps down to the master stateroom. The stairs hinge up for engine room access. Large storage cupboard at aft starboard side. Dedicated reverse cycle air conditioner/heater in salon. Brass quartz striking ship clock and brass barometer. Inside/outside thermometer.
Lower wheelhouse helm station includes: Teak wheel, engine controls and instrumentation, synchronizer control, genset engine controls and instrumentation, VHF radio, fuel and water tank gauges, windshield wiper controls, horn, trim tab controls, radar display and up/down switch, AM/FM radio (no speakers), 120V and 12V electric system switches and circuit breaker panels, inverter controls, bilge pump controls, windlass remote controls, 12V outlet, autopilot control, depth sounder display, compass, engine room light switch, loud hailer controls, GPS display, intercom to upper helm, handheld VHF, handheld GPS, red 12v night light.
Master Stateroom Enter through door at aft end of aisle from salon stairs. Large queen w/coordinated bedspread. Two (2) welded stainless steel water tanks under bed. Four (4) opening ports w/screens on port and starboard. Six (6) large drawers, two (2) large hanging lockers w/shelf. Cupboard and lockers along stern. Washer and dryer, cable and phone outlet. 12V overhead lights and dedicated reverse cycle air conditioner/heater.
Aft Head Head is on starboard side accessed through door from master w/teak trim, teak grate and drain to sump.
Vanity with ivory faux Corian sink and counter. Raritan Atlantes electric head. Storage locker under sink, large mirror.
Aft Deck Spacious 12x12 raised aft deck entered through side deck wing doors or through door up from salon.
At forward port is a teak wet bar cabinet with stainless steel sink, hot and cold pressure water, two (2) drawers and cupboards above and below. Teak deck finished with Cetol, fiberglass hardtop fully covers aft deck. 12V overhead lights in hardtop (one w/red night light). Fiberglass skirt and stainless steel rails around sides and stern. Full enclosure. Opening gate in port side of stern leads to the boarding ladder. 120V GFI protected outlet. TV antenna outlet. Two (2) large fiberglass deck boxes. Large fiberglass table, five (5) wrought iron chairs with navy blue cushions. 9' diameter oriental rug under table, stainless steel ladder with teak steps leads forward and up to the flybridge.
Flybridge Enter flybridge via steps up from aft deck. A door and acrylic cover close off the aft deck from the flybridge. The expansive bridge has full length seats port and starboard. 7 large storage lockers are accessed thru bench seat hatches, plastic storage organizers in lockers. Very large storage locker under the helm.
Seats have navy blue Sunbrella covered cushions and white canvas covers. White Weblon bimini on 1" stainless steel frame with rigid struts fore and aft. Front and side window enclosures. Four (4) antennas attached to side of bridge. Four (4) access steps on front sloping face of bridge. Remote controlled searchlight with cover on front of bridge. Upper helm station includes: Helmsman chair w/cover, stainless steel wheel, Weblon helm cover, VHF radio w/external speaker, engine controls and instrumentation, synchronizer control, depth sounder display, searchlight controls, autopilot remote control, windlass remote control, 120V outlet from inverter, Aquameter compass, GPS display, horn, trim tab controls, loud hailer w/intercom to salon, generator and bilge pump operating indicator lights and docking lights switches.
Radar Arch Radar arch at aft end of flybridge above the hard top. Radar mounted at center of arch, forward and aft are loud hailer speakers and TV antenna on port end. Anchor light and bow running light on stainless steel frame attached to arch. Two (2) 12V courtesy lights on underside of arch.
Deck Equipment White nonskid surface. Stainless steel railings all around boarding openings. Courtesy lights on underside of flybridge (port and starboard sides). At bow is fiberglass anchor platform with Delta 55 and Fortress anchors, 100' of 3/8" chain and 250' of 3/4" braided rode in bow locker and reversible remote control Maxwell electric windlass.
Fortress storm anchor w/chain and rode. Deck washdown faucet at bow w/hose. Built-in seat w/cushions at foredeck. White Weblon windshield cover. Windshield wipers on three front windows. Stainless steel cleats at bow (3), midship (2 on each side) and port and starboard at stern. 50 amp 220V shorepower receptacle and cable TV/phone receptacle. Four (4) stainless steel diesel deck fills, Marquipt boarding ladder, 110' plastic hose. Wing doors at aft end of side decks. Water fill on starboard end and flagpole socket at center of teak stern minideck. Waste pumpout deck fitting on forward starboard deck. Three-step boarding ladder, 6 fenders, many dock lines.
Swim Platform Full width heavy teak platform, 2' wide, hot and cold pressure freshwater shower in cubby on stern. Access to aft deck by stainless steel boarding ladder with teak steps. Stainless steel cleats (port and starboard). 4-step stainless steel ladder.
Engine /Mechanical Equipment The 3' high engine room is under the salon and the entire room is sound proofed.
The sole has diamond pattern aluminum sheet over plywood.
The four (4) fuel tanks are against hull. The genset is at forward end of room in a sound box. Main engines are midship.
Aft of engines are storage areas. Two (2) 8-D batteries and two (2) 4-D batteries are in boxes below floor between engines. One (1) 8-D battery is aft on floor in box. The genset 4-D battery is in box on floor just aft of genset. Sump with pump is in bilge, forward of centerline batteries. Aft bilge pump is just aft and below the genset, intake for the deep diaphragm bilge pump is just below the aft bilge pump. Access to engines and stuffing boxes is easy.
12V incandescent and 120V fluorescent lights in ceiling. Freshwater hose at forward starboard corner of room. A 20# Halon fire extinguisher is built-in, 12V air blowers, louvered vents along each side deck ventilate the engine room. Two (2) battery chargers located in engine room (aft bulkhead).
